Getting Started With TADS (AETM)

        • Billing and Tuition Management

        • Tuition Agreement Options

          The tuition agreement is the contract between parent and school in which the parent agrees to tuition rates and payment schedules along with both school and TADS terms and conditions.

        • You may indicate up to four default payment plan options to present to parents. Please list the number of installments and the due dates you would like for each plan below. You can add another installment plan by clicking the + button on the right.

          For example:
          One Installment - August
          Ten Installments - July - April

          Please Note - Funds are remitted after 6 banking days, up to six times per month.

        • Payment days indicate the date of each month installments will be due. You can offer as many of the six options below as you'd like, or, you can limit the options as needed.
        • Billing Items

          Please list your billing charge and credit items below. You can also feel free to either link to, or upload your most current schedule of tuition and fees.
        • If you haven't set tuition rates for the coming year, please submit the current year's.

        • Past Due Account Policy

          TADS notifies families of balances owed 15 days prior to the due date. If a balance is not paid, the family will receive an email reminder the next day. After a 5 day grace period, a TADS late fee is applied. If the balance is still not paid, the family will receive a phone call reminder as well.

          Schools can choose to add an additional past due email in which both a school administrator and the family will be notified, and/or, an additional late fee from the school.
